The conference will be held at Bohusgården in Uddevalla 80 km north of Gothenburg on the West Coast of Sweden. The hotel has 300 beds and well-equipped on-site conference facilities, including a theater holding up to 250 persons and an indoor garden where the poster sessions will take place. In addition, the hotel offers spa treatments. Two airports are conveniently located for traveling to the hotel, Gothenburg Landvetter with good connections to all major European hubs and Gothenburg City Airport which is serviced by Ryanair and Whizz Air. Uddevalla is also connected via train and buses from Gothenburg and Oslo.

There will be shuttle buses from Gothenburg Landvetter and Gothenburg City Airport to the conference venue. Buses will be leaving Landvetter at 10:45 and 12:45, Gothenburg Central railway station at 10:00 and Gothenburg City Airport (also known as Save) at 10:45 on Thursday 11 September, and there will be buses for the airports at 12:00 and 13:30 on Sunday 14 September. The trip between Landvetter and the conference venue is expected to take 1 hour 15 minutes and between the City Airport and the conference venue 1 hour.
